Have u heard of or tried The Military Diet? I've done it in the past & it's worked well !! I haven't done it recently because I'm breastfeeding and can't be on any strict diets.. lol give it a shot ;)

You can also try the fruit diet. It worked for me. I've lost 31lbs

It's a 3 day diet that says it can help u loose up to 10 lbs but when I did it I lost 5 lbs in 3 days and 7 the next week I did it.. but it's different for everyone. . I'll paste the Web link for you..

Hi Mariela. If you are in the USA i can help you since i have some supporting groups in facebook and other social media. Now, i always ask people WHY do you want to lose the weight? I need this to see the kind of focus....
