Is there any quick way to get abs?

Eating a healthy and balanced diet. Abs are made 60% at the kitchen, 40% is the exercise. Try 20minutes of cardio (running,dancing) and then 25 of core exercises (plank, abs..). Remember to keep going no matter what. It'll be worth it

There isn't really a quick way but as long as you keep a good diet and be consistent with exercise, you'll get there in a matter of time...

Does it make a difference if you do cardiovascular before or after core?
