I keep going up and down in my weight. My goal is 199 but I keep losing motivation and right when I get to 201 I seem to lose motivation and I need a way to, keep off the weight. I don't mind walking or working out its the getting out of the house to do it that is killing me. Any suggestions???

You can do this! Just think about how great you will feel when you make it to your goal and that will motivate you. I have a hard time finding time and energy to workout too, so I will look up motivation quotes or pictures and that always boosts my energy!
