Looking for suggestions to workouts using only one dumb bell 25Ibs

Only one? Bicep curls, hammer curls, bent over rows, lateral raises, tricep extensions, overhead press, concentrated curls... If you have only one then I guess you can only do one arm at a time? If so make sure to do equal amounts of sets and reps in both arms. And it really would be easier if you had two dumbells

A good all over body exercise would be dumbbell swings (like kettlebell swings). The weight is heavy enough for you to do 30-50 reps each side.. That'll work your body hard
