Lift weights, eat well, have patience.

Find some fitness websites to read. Getting fit isn't just physical, you gotta keep learning about stuff too. I like aworkoutroutine.com lately. Thats where i got my lifting routines. He explains very well why it's so important for a newbie to do simple, compound exercises.

You can substitute similar bodyweight exercises for these, if you don't have a gym, and it will still be great, although your progress will be difficult to track. You can see differences in a few months, though.

I have a question that should I lift wieght bcz I am only 17 years

Sure go for it. Just be patient, and be careful. Learn proper form, (I watch a lot of YouTube videos to learn form) and do lifts at lower weights before you really push yourself, to avoid injury.

Yes go for it! I'm 13 and I've been weightlifting 3-4 times a week for a year now. As long as you have proper form, eat healthy, drink enough water, sleep enough and don't overwork your muscles you'll be fine.
