It's very good to see that even if you spent a while without doing much sport you want to get back to it. You can do it!!
Start with some light workouts and measure your progress. You'll get to your goal if you stay loyal to you!! I wish the best for you, really. Hope you can get on track again soon ^^
So you started talking about starting back working out. Good! Now go actually work out. Start off with something mildly challenging and work up from there.
