Concussions and working out

My last hs water polo game was on Thursday,and I proceeded to get what a nurse friend thinks is a concussion. Saying that, I've rested the past two days, sleeping a lot. I just worked out, burned 250 cals, and will probably get in the water Monday. There are no more water polo games for my league and were not going to playoffs, but I am doing ODP (Olympic development program) in about two weeks. How much working out do you think is too much? Any suggestions?

You should check with a doctor to make sure. You don't wanna mess around with a possible head injury.  Hope you're ok. Good luck.

If you're past the 3 day mark you shouldn't experience any new symptoms. Take it slow and if you feel naseaus or dizzy you should stop. I ride horses so concussions are very familiar.
