I am currently 4 weeks postpartum. I weighed 200 lbs when I gave birth and have lost 25 lbs of baby weight. I want to start working out and building my core strength back up. My goal is to lose 35 lbs in the next 6 months. Any advice and motivation is welcome.

I used this app to do the same thing. Just watch what you eat. Unless you are breast feeding. I did lots of core obv. But if you wanna keep yiur butt. Keep up the squats. And lifting weights is great for your boobs to stay in shape. Running is one of the best thigns.
