Looking for mutual friends whose going through the same thing and wanna support you all as well to reach your goals I'm doing this for me first and my one year old son if y'all have any pointers please help me out and I'll do the same

To eat better lose weight and maintain it I've loss weight before but so much has been going on I've been up and down and now I'm ready to keep it off for good

Alright, I'm looking to lose 1.5 per week.  Should we report exercise daily and weight loss on Saturday, or weight loss only?

OK, I'm done for the day.

Very light routines both morning and evening
2.25 liters of water
10,217 steps

This is actually a really good day for me.  I'd be thrilled if I could maintain this 5 days a week!

I walked my son for a hour and a half and also completed a full body exercise on here and drank two 16.9oz working on my third bottle right now i feel good

The feeling of completion is great, isn't it? I'm sore right now, but the discomfort feels like accomplishment!

Good job Rebecca i walked another hour and then did the survivor and the grove dance a little light today plus been drinking water and green tea

Nice!  Is the green tea working for you?  I tried drinking it for a while but stopped because I read that green tea interferes with iron absorption.  I already have low iron, so I thought I should probably lay off.

I tried green tea again yesterday. It made me feel a little funny. Maybe I drank it too fast. I'll try again in a day or two.

I'm in bed early because it was a looooong week, but I made myself finish off my last 2,500 steps and do my evening routine first!

My knee has been bugging me for a couple of days now, but it only hurts when I go up and down the stairs.  Once it clears up, I'd like to start doing squats again.
