Loosening and softening of fat means??

My fatty areas are getting loose and soft.I am confused about either me going to put on more fat or shed fown fat?kindly give your comments if you have any knowledge.

When fat burns it doest behave the same way you are concern about. Its a good sign nd dont stop ur workouts... Eventually muscles will come out after all fat is burnt...

You are all right.... Dont worry about anything...just make sure after you finish your workouts you must feel pain on ur targeted areas.... And after few weaks a new you will come up. Worry leads to giving up so avoid worrying and DO NOT give up.

To lose fat from stomach crunches help or do disaster?

Crunches do reduce fat from belly area... For lower back you do bridges... For hands you do dumbells...nd from thighs u do sit ups
