You have to just start,  force yourself to find the love for fitness you lost...re-engage till you get your MOJO back...then you will crave the workout again and all will be well. ..but you have to start by forcing yourself to START!  Now get off your duff and go do some crunches or something.   Don't stop till you're covered in sweat, then take and post that picture here!
