What's everyone's main body goals for 2016? Mines to tone up and put on more muscle.

(1) I wanna add 2 more inches to my quads & an inch to my calves
(2) I'm back in the 1000lb club so I wanna push to join the 1250lb club by the Summer
(3) Improve my V taper by widening my shoulders/back & thinning my waist

•Actually get abs!
•Tone/firm butt
•Get back into running
•Lose the belly
•Become overall more active, strong, & toned
•Oh! Also get into the habit of eating healthy

Get rid of the belly fat, the handles, cut out junk food, add moor natural juices, add some muscle, workout everyday at least for 30 minutes

To complete 260 workouts in 2016. That is 5 days a week, They won't all be the same intensity! But I'm working on building those good habits!

Get strong. Never again, while working, do I want to hear the line "Let a guy do it.". I want to be able to do everything I should do, professionally, and not be marginalised based on gender.

I want to be able to do at least one (hopefully more!) whole push-up with good form from the full plank position. I've graduated from wall to knees-with-bend-at-waist, then to knees-with-waist-straight, but not yet able to do the full thing. Still working on strengthening my core and arms and losing weight.  This is something I don't think I've ever in my life been able to do (save pre-puberty), and there are some emotional associations that make this a psychological goal as much as a body goal.

I want to reach my goal of 180 lbs. That's another 33 to go.  Ideally I'd like to keep going beyond that, but I'll be super happy if I reach that.

Now that's a goal, good for you. When I first started I feel flat on my face everytime I tried to do a push-up. Keep at it and when you get there it's the greatest feeling. Good luck

Mine is to make more healthy choices. A bit broad at the moment but I am working on some achievable steps to get there.
