Some people are going to hate me for this but hey ho...
I'm struggling to put on weight. I'm 5ft3 and weigh roughly 44 kg. Which is under 18 on BMI. Can anyone suggest routines that tone muscle and help strengthen the heart, but without draining all of my daily calorie intake away?
I'm a post-transplant patient, so I have restrictions in regards to what I can do, but ANY advice would be great. My Drs are basically a referral service - anything else is up to me.
