How much it takes to be more bulk

You can try a clean bulk, to gain muscle with a minimum of extra fat, by eating *good food* at a level of just about 250 calories per day above maintenence. It's impossible to know exactly your caloric intake and expenditure for the day, so it's a bit of guesswork.

For this to work you have to be lifting weights in a program designed for muscle growth, of course, otherwise eating above maintenance will just result in that extra energy being stored as fat, no matter how clean you're eating.

the more you eat the bigger you'll get. Don't forget to sleep well though.  And of course workout 'TILL YOU COLLAPSE'

Thanks for the advice . Getting enough sleep is not a problem, but get to eat more food is a problem

Eat at intervals then slowly increase those intakes.
