Not staying hydrated, stress and not enough sleep.

By back is my weakness to train. Although my triceps are so strong, that I'm pulling 10 kilo's too heavy to compare with the rest of my weight lifting kilo's
To actually get to the action is one of my weakness

Cardio. I don't really do cardio. .... I don't watch my foods nearly as much on my husband's days off work.... and cookies. I love cookies. .... and migraines. I don't love them, but they are a weakness. They make me weak.and hungry. For cookies.
My damned sweet tooth smh, so hard for me to stay away from the sweets.
