Pastries am guilty!!! but what I do beside trying to stay away from those delicious pastries (is hard though )is that I go heavy on my workout whenever am eating some and of course try not to go over the board!!!

Water I make sure I drink 10 glasses a day at intervals. More if needed

Yup, especially after working out. If I don't get enough I get a little sluggish and don't feel like working out much the next day, still do it though haha.

I'm quite hyper after a workout. It's a few hours later that's the problem. Lol

Try to workout in the evening and go to bed after workingout and showering och some hours after, it helps me and makes sure that I get enough sleep :)

By back is my weakness to train. Although my triceps are so strong, that I'm pulling 10 kilo's too heavy to compare with the rest of my weight lifting kilo's

Cardio. I don't really do cardio. .... I don't watch my foods nearly as much on my husband's days off work.... and cookies. I love cookies. .... and migraines. I don't love them, but they are a weakness. They make me weak.and hungry. For cookies.

Probably stressing out way too much and not getting enough sleep. Also not drinking enough water crazy  enough.

Time is my weakness, gotta get better at time management....and I don't do burpees...and sex is good cardio, not a weakness lol, but time is number one.
