GETTING ON TRACK!!

I fell off a for two days. I was getting up in the middle of the night snacking on cookies and then overeating at dinner time. I'm not going to beat myself up, I just got back out there so I can take control of my faults before they take control of me. Currently 195 , working towards 165

Just keep pushing - nothing wrong with eating junk every once and a while
