I need some support. I want to lose weight but most time I don't feel like I have the motivation. Ughh help!!

You have to motivate yourself and tell yourself that you are going to do no matter what!!! Set small goals and work towards them. That's what I'm dping

Yes love, it's going to be hard. You have to want it bad enough. One thing is for sure and that is that you can do it! Try to find someone with similar fitness goals.
