I found lifting weights, mainly squats, over head press, has made my posture better, which helps me to stand taller. Is that what you mean?

Yeah that can be an answer. But I was looking for gaining several inches

I think for several inches, you actually need your bones to grow. Or have one of those crazy surgeries. Is there a non skeletal reason that you are not as tall as you want to be? I thought that was sort of a genetics thing on how tall a person grows
