How do you find motivation to exercice when you just don't feel like getting off your butt?

Motivation has to come from within. Dig deep inside you and focus on what you want to achieve. Write your goals down and gradually check them off once you have achieved them. Start small, reward yourself after achieving what you have worked for. Stay positive and motivate others who will, I'm turn, motivate you! Good luck!

Think about your own goals,if you want to get that,then do it now,and then.Never skip/quit.Skipping/quiting and you will realize you are wasting your own chance.
