Hey my friends.How can i increase my forearm strength and power?Forearm its a really powerful muscle and i wanna work it to be stronger there.Any good advice is welcome .Thanks a lot
Honestly man genetics are going to play a huge roll there. I dont care what anyone says. I know really big guys who have trained for longer than I've been alive, and they all say forearms are a slow process. Grip trainers, reverse curls, wrist curls and farmer walks are going to be your best bet. If all else fails, there also the good ol 5-Knuckle Shuffle.
