Pretty much fell off. I need to get control of my eating habits again and kick sugar and carbs to the curb. I'm going to get a workout in today!!! I feel bad for myself for not staying focused

That's what I've been going through myself sugar is my crux and laziness has also been my crux but 2016 will be different

Aw don't worry you'll be back into the swing of things in no time, feeling full of life and energized again . I too fell off track and only recently ... two weeks ago, started up again. And this community ,honestly keeps me going /motivated not to give up

Same! I went from running everyday to eating fast food everyday. Yikes! I'm going to Hawaii at the end of next month and I'm trying to get back to my bikini bod.
