What workout routine should I set for making abs and chest muscles

Main exercises you want to do if you just want those areas to get big are bench press and push ups.

There is a good search feature on the workout page. Try a few of those labeled for what areas you want to strengthen

Chest...flat bench. .inclined. .declined and push-ups. .dumbbell flyes.....abs do different  planks lot easier  on the back
