I want to but I have no motivation

I'm right there with you, I hate working out. But I did it everyday for almost 2 weeks no day off. Took a weekend off and got back into it easily. Once you start, it sucks, you're going to hurt but it get easier and you feel amazing and more energized after each one.

I have the same issue but we can do this! It takes time and commitment but it is so worth it.
