Workout Buddy Needed
I'm looking for a workout buddy to help me get back on track. My main goal is to get fit and slim. I do alot of weight loss programs, yoga, and cardio at the gym. I used to do weight training but found it didn't help me lose any fat. Right now I'm at a moderate activity level, and I work out 4 days a week (sometimes more than 4 workouts). Anyone with the same goals?
