Hi everyone. I have been working out for about a week now. I am in need of more workout buddies and motivation. I am around 215 now and looking to get down to 150 by my birthday August 17. Is anyone else looking to get below 200 or loose more than 50lbs? Feeling sort of alone, but I know I can do this! Just very out of shape which is discouraging because I feel like I am the only one this out of shape.
