as you see in the topic headline I am giving myself a new challenge.
As some of you know I finished my 100 days without sweets challenge on the 13th April.
Since than it had been easier for me to resist sweets.
But after months with a lot of sad moments and moments where I thought I couldn't move anymore personally and physically. Because of that I started eating sweets every evening without tasting it or with joy.
So I stated this challenge again and this time even longer.
Today is day 16/200 for me.
I am looking forward.
This challenge is going well so far today 17/200.
Today I also started intermittent fasting 14/10 hope this works good and my body like that.
I noticed that I am always snacking and my stomach doesn't get enough rest.

Tomorrow I am going to have to sale some waffles at school to earn some money for our prom next year.
So I hope you guys feel well.

Day 28 and not feeling like quitting.
My little sister bought me a little "sweet "gift yesterday.
A tiny bag of my favorite candy (200g). Nice isn't it haha.
Always think about me when she buys something for herself.

For me it is day 45 yeah. Time is passing so fast. Next week my exams starts. Wish me luck.
It is day 64/200 for me
which means 136 days left.
I don't know why but it feels so hard to eat some sweets because of all the stress which is controlling my life right now.
But looking forward to great weekend.
I am going to run after a week break because me knees hurt since thst day.
So I am going to look how it will go but the weather is going to be nice tomorrow

I must say you have controled yourseldf alot. I cant have control on sweets.
I am feeling so good at the moment but sometimes I miss sweets but I think it more a thing of my mindset.
Yeah today is day 100/200. This is so awesome. The time is running and I really can't wait until it is over.
The challenge is still running and we are pushing it even harder.
