Hello Guys,

as you see in the topic headline I am giving myself a new challenge.
As some of you know I finished my 100 days without sweets challenge on the 13th April.

Since than it had been easier for me to resist sweets.

But after months with a lot of sad moments and moments where I thought I couldn't move anymore personally and physically. Because of that I started eating sweets every evening without tasting it or with joy.

So I stated this challenge again and this time even longer.

Today is day 16/200 for me.

I am looking forward.

Well done! I also wanna get such challenge but I wonder whether the shortage of sweet to brain in daily intake can get side effects or not!

This challenge is going well so far today 17/200.

Today I also started intermittent fasting 14/10 hope this works  good and my body like that.
I noticed that I am always snacking and my stomach doesn't get enough rest.

Tomorrow I am going to have to sale some waffles at school to earn some money for our prom next year.

Emmi I understand completely. I am on day 29 of no sweets and it is so hard!! I'm like a junkie missing my fix. I will check in and maybe we can help one another.

Day 28 and not feeling like quitting.

My little sister bought me a little "sweet "gift yesterday.
A tiny bag of my favorite candy (200g). Nice isn't it haha.

Always think about me when she buys something for herself.

How are you doing guys.

My birthday is coming next.
For me it is day 45 yeah. Time is passing so fast. Next week my exams starts. Wish me luck.

It is day 64/200 for me
which means 136 days left.
I don't know why but it feels so hard to eat some sweets because of all the stress which is controlling my life right now.
But looking forward to great weekend.
I am going to run after a week break because me knees hurt since thst day.
So I am going to look how it will go but the weather is going to be nice tomorrow

You can do it Emmi!! We are alike, when I'm happy or sad sweets are the comfort food for me. I am learning to be satisfied with apples or some other fruit. It's not easy but we do what we must! Stay strong, let that run take your mind off the goodies.

A lot of times I'm so hungry and there's no healthy snacks to hold me. I need to plan my meals in advance.

Sadie it is so hard but it's a day by day challenge. Keep trying and if you mess up start again. Don't beat yourself up just keep at it.

Hey guys! As I'm quite young, I'm not doing this challenge yet since my mum would probably think it's "too extreme". Instead of that, I'm going every other month without chocolate for the rest of this year. This month is my break month and Ive already gone through a month,

What I'm trying to say is that it's a great feeling, to go without something of what you love. I'm actually excited to start again next month. So to people who are not excited to start this challenge; do it! Think about the outcomes. x

That sounds awesome. I should really give it a try I stopped eating chocolate bars and it's been a year and a half and I haven't eaten a single bar

I am feeling so good at the moment but sometimes I miss sweets but I think it more a thing of my mindset.

Well done guys, i have tried this before, and in general sugar should be cut down eveywhere if anybody is unsure where sugar is in their diet. I had learnt quickly that the effects are insane with too much sugar and the benifits are even better without or cut down, sweets is an excellent start! By the way if you search netflix or tube- watch: 'that sugar film' its a documentary im sure that will keep your inspiration rolling when looking at your next cake or can of cole. Cheers guys!

Today 129/200 and I doing well so far.  I think it is harder to resist because I know that I have to but I feel so better.
