Tell me what your small goals are for February. Mine are to be able to plank for 2 minutes with perfect form and to complete 10 minutes of jump rope hiit without going over on my rest seconds lol. If you want to add what you accomplished in January that would be awesome too!
My goal for February is to do 10 push ups in a row, as I am currently not able to do even one. :D
My goal in February would be to be able to do 30 pushups In a row, no rests and hold a minute plank to improve arm strength, so I can do wall planks, push ups and hopefully one day a pull up!
Just to work out more consistently than I did in January. And also to do a better job remembering my vitamins
To do some sort of workout everyday. Making my calendar today.
