I had a "yes I can " moment & signed up for a "walk in the forest". Little did I know that it was this brutal 5 hr climb that included 3 hrs going uphill from a 2500 mt altitude to 4500 mt. Now I feel like I'm torn to pieces & my muscles are so sore & hurting all over, especially my legs. Does anybody have any advices for sore muscles? Id like to walk again without looking like a chimpanzee Thanks
Stretch after a mild walk or good warm up. Take the time to breath through each stretch at least four slow strong breaths.
Yeah I'm not doing that again unless I lose my mind or 10kg - whichever happens first. I've done walks before but this definitely wasn't the low intensity walk I was told; I mean they even said elderly people could do it, I just had no idea they meant Jack Lalanne.
