I go to the Gym Six Day's a Week
Two of these Day's I train my abdominal wall for one hour plus fifteen minutes of stretching
But I'm not convinced that Two Days a Week can do any thing So i need you guys to aid me .
I would suggest three days a week of abs, that is what I do. I would highly suggest trying to do as many different abdominal excercices as possible to get the expected results. Try something that would put you into muscle confusion. Maybe switch your ab routine up to allow for less reps but more isomeric contractions. If you would like exercise suggestions let me know.
