Having trouble staying on track lately. Mainly because no matter what I do, I can't seem to lose the last ten pounds to reach my goal. I've become very discouraged and just can't stay on track. I started the 100 push up challenge to get me motivated(being a very competitive person, even trying to beat my own records) but now the push ups are all I really do and it's really not doing anything to help me lose that 10 pounds and tone my abs. I need help! Anyone know some good, quick, simple workouts to get me motivated and at least get started in the right direction?
