Did anyone actually lost weight in here? And if so, in how much time?

I've lost 6 lbs so far I've been working out since January
23 Feb
Working out since 2015 June, Though i had a more complex routine, I lost about 125 pounds, I weigh about 189 and have about 8 percent body fat.
24 Feb
After 3 days I lost 3 lbs. Two weeks Later 8 lbs. Doing TRX WIth My trainer Kama.

>50 lbs...it's not easy, you must choose to change your lifestyle to include better eating habits and couple that with exercise.  Calories burned must be > than calories consumed.  So simple to type that and so hard to live it...until you get used to it. ..there's no shortcut,  period.  Good luck!   It took me about a year. .., I've been maintaining it for about 6 months.

Yes I have lost about 15 pounds and then started working on a six pack I got there and now I need to work hard to maintain that. Like she said there are no shortcuts so work hard eat healthy and go kick ass.

I started here on skimble about 1 year ago. I have lost about 50 pounds and reduced my body fat to 9%. I also have the help of a nutritionist to guide me. I want to achieve much more :)
