I have come to the realization that the only way to lose weight is to go on a strict vegan diet. I tried it but only lasted a few days. New studies out prove that although exercise is good for our overall health, after a few weeks of exercise, the body automatically adjusts so that there are no additional calories burned. Bummer.
Dr. Furhlman has a great book called Eat to Live, which is endorsed by Dr. Oz. It has many testimonies from people who have lost significant weight, however, like everything in life, there are also many people adamantly opposed to this type of diet/lifestyle.
Good for you to be exercising regularly!
