No more making excuses for myself. Life has stressed me out enough and I need the outlet, so why not get healthy while I'm at it?

Same here. Especially need that motivation when starting out. We can keep each other motivated. The hardest part is getting started. You can do it!

Find some workouts and just start im goimg through a divorce Yoga helps with stress. I enjoy running snd hip hop dance workouts im 50. You can do anything you want to.

I like all those too. We're never too old. Just discovered yoga. Love it.

I use skimble on a rink dink cell phone so its small.That's why I haven't tried yoga, can't see,the poses too well.I sure could relieve some stress..

Good morning.  I am an on and off workout type of person. Just getting off a 2 month no workout episode.  I don't know how to motivate myself. Any suggestions
