So this time I actually understand what it means to be healthy but I need help staying on track. I don't want to suddenly stop. I want to see real changes in my whole life not just my body. I feel more confident in myself but can this last? I feel better being healthier. I always ruin it somehow and my husband doesn't even believe me anymore when I say I'm going to stick with it this time. I don't know what I need to keep myself in check.
