I start out with good intentions each time but this time I'm trying to get working out part of my routine.

I go on holiday in ten weeks and hopefully reap the rewards of using this app again!

Anyone wanna join me and aid me on this?? Competition is always healthy x

I am well thank you... yourself? I'm on a 6 month bet with my older brother.. so sometimes competition helps.
