Getting dizzy

I was working out yesterday and then 20 minutes in i got really dizzy and light headed and my ear started to ring and i got really hot ...what can i do to stop this from happening?

Hydrate. And control your breathing and heart rate. Dizzy can be a sign of over doing it. Take breaks when you need to. Listen to your body. No shame in taking breaks. Just do your best to finish. But hydrate before, during and after your workouts.

Yeah, I don't really do cardio anymore and I chose a workout that turned out to be cardio. I thought I was going to pass out at the end too. Water and bringing my heart rate down followed by getting control of my breathing, balanced me out.

Learn to breath inhale/exhale while doing workouts or cardio .and hydrate yourself .
