Hi! I'm loosing some weight too! I think cardio helps you a lot, it has helped me to lose some pounds but it is important to tone your body with other excercises. I went to the gym for three months (and quit since started college) and doing cardio and some weight lifting helped me not only lose weight but gain strenght and better physical condition too. I hope this help! And keep motivated!
