Hey all, I haven't posted in here before but thought you guys might be able to help. I injured my shoulder and have to rest it for a few months but I really want to keep up my work outs. Do you know any fun and difficult exercises that don't include the shoulders?

I think it's best to rest your shoulders and not do highly intense and difficult exercises because even if you're not directly working your shoulders they will move. So it's probably best not to put extra strain on them. Perhaps going for a continous slow walk in the park may be best.
