Good afternoon! I was thinking about ways to keep your motivation up and push yourself. Well I would love to find one or a few of you that could simply team up. If I do a work out and we are following each other then you could see that I have completed one. Then it is your turn to complete a workout and vise versa. I love pushing myself and if that helps you do the same then we are both winning! So if you are interested comment on here and follow! I look forward to kicking butt with you!! :)

There are no rules other than if I workout you will need to as well and the same with me. There's no time limit as long as it is the same day. I would even do multiple a day...most of the time I am working but I always find time. Good thing about these workouts is that you can choose one that best fits you and the time you have to spare.
