Nothing works when you hurt

I fell off the wagon. Hurt my ankle and now I can work out but I feel bad about it.

Sorry about your injury. Maybe you could do hand weights sitting and watching TV. Hope this helps. Get well soon.

Sorry you are hurt. You can still do ground work exercises! Push-ups, Crunches, leg lifts, fire hydrants, etc. Don't let your ankle hold you back!
