How can i build cardio

I get winded walking for 10 minuted. My face is flushed and im breathing heavily. Can anyone suggest workouts to slowly build my cardio up so i dont get winded so easy.

I struggled with almost the same a few years ago with jogging, then a friend recommended to run or in your case walk for 3 minutes, with a little speed then 1 minute normal pace and repeat, increase the faster pace to 5 or more minutes as you get or feel better.. All the best..

I can walk a long distance and I walk fast pace and out of breathe I've been doing it for a while.

Depending upon your goals and if running is your thing, I'd recommend . He takes you through the theory of run/walk/run, and practical advice for all people at all stages of their goals. All I can add is, "JUST KEEP SHOWING UP!"

Run till you can't, jog til you can't, walk home lol! Seriously, it's that easy
