Hi , my name is Faith ! & I have been trying to loose weight for awhile now. I started working out a year ago went from 160 to 111. I had stopped working out and im gaining back weighing at now at 125. Im looking for workout buddy's to help keep each other motivated. Anyone ?
Ill be your buddy. Ill slack a day here or there, i just count those as my rest days though, the body has to rest sometime. Haha
