Need tricks to staying on track

I am finally back into a routine 3 weeks in but I usually start to fall off the wagon going into the 4 week any tips on how to remain motivated would be greatly appreciated

Stay positive about everything! Haha. ..I have a photo of who resembles my goal body...if I say I don't feel like it, I go to the mirror look at the photo taped to it and look at myself then say. ...I'm not there yet! ! I know it's silly but it helps! !

Definitely take progress pictures (even if you don't share them with anybody but yourself) it keeps you on track. Seeing how far you have already come will give you the mind set that it is possible to reach your goal body/ health!
