Every year I slim down for the summer then pick up weight after, this year I'm determined to have a summer body year round

if you can go to the gym ,buy the necessary equipment you and workout at home ,between 45 to 50 mins .....try to go out to jog ....no matter how small the distance is ,start jogging

Stay away from soda and fastfood (those are a given) keep that saterated fats below 7grams and you have a easier time.

Drink your water. Its one of the most imporant things you can do for your body
