Legs ache!!!

I think I pushed myself a lot yesterday cause today I feel like my legs are two straight sticks that I cannot bend! Any advice on something I could do would be appreciated@

Definitely find a good stretch routine for after your legs workouts, or any workouts. Plenty of water is a must and lack of will often lead to more muscle soreness. Maybe look into a foam or muscle roller(or just a cylinder object to gently roll against your legs) if it will not fade.
