Two week challenge started today!
Just started a two week challenge tonight...it's not too late to have some buddies! I have found that I get very easily bored with at home workouts, so two weeks is a perfect time length for me so I don't get too bored. I am doing the 5-minute plank challenge, the five-minute wall sit challenge, the yoga, and the two-week couch 2 fitness program. Join me!
