100 push ups challenge

Hey im new here . I like this app already , so recently i got fat and i think its time for me to be healthy, so as a start i choosed 100 push-ups challenge everyday and i'll do it for a month. So anyone interested doing this challenge can follow me and i will follow him/her back for motivational purposes.. WE CAN DO IT.

I am woman and i do 50 a day but i feel like dying. I think we shouldn't do it everyday because our muscle need to rest and repair itself. Cmiiw.

i dont think that push-ups do any damage to our muscles cuz it doesnt need to lift some heavy weight or something else + u should know that when u wake up and feel some places in the parts you trained before means that you are in the good way to gain muscles. its just my point of view , i might be wrong and thanks for your comment :) .
