Is there anyone out there that you really have to workout after two or three days not doing any workouts at all? Like not doing any workouts two or three days straight.
Yeah. Sometimes our body recovers slower than others. When I first started I had to slowly work out because my body wasn't use to the workouts I was doing here. As my body became use to it, I gradually worked out more and more and now I can keep up with the schedule.
