Today I start my workout after having by babe from c-section, what do you guys recommend. I I'm 13 ponds heavier than what a was before I got pregnant I am ready to loose all this over weight I have.

I have just been making small changes. I have had 5 kids and have breastfed all 5 I am at a 32.9 BMI in 2 weeks I have made a huge difference. I am focused on walking and streching and since you are post baby that is probably where you should start also. Especially after a C-section. It took you 10 months to gain it so you should expect that to get it off.
