Need a broken leg workout!
Recently went through a bicycling accident (car drivers - watch before you open your car door!). My leg (mostly the shin) is full of hematomas and hurting bad.
Still I wanna do work out cause it's getting depressing.
Looking for a program that might suit my situation. Any ideas ?
If you are cleared to do any training during this unfortunate time, I would stick to doing aqua cardio, core work and upper body resistance training. Feel better and stay positive through this time.
